1 How do I get my Levitrophy to levitate?

Each Levitrophy is powered by precision-tuned electromagnetism.
To levitate your sculpture:

  1. Insert the magnetic chamber insert into the underside cavity of the bust.

  2. Hold the bust gently with both hands around its lower half, keeping fingers underneath magnet chamber to keep it from sliding out.

  3. Position the center of the magnet chamber roughly one inch above the center of the levitation base.

  4. Keep the bust bottom parallel to the base and move slowly until you feel a subtle pull of balance.

  5. When the magnetic field stabilizes the sculpture, gently release your hands, lowering them downward until the bust hovers freely.

Once positioned correctly, your Levitrophy will remain perfectly suspended — silently floating in midair.

2 What is a Levitrophy made from?

Our sculptures are created using Polylactic Acid  — a bioplastic derived from renewable resources such as cornstarch — which allows remarkable surface precision and metallic reflectivity.
We also fabricate select designs in Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene and Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol-modified for enhanced durability and heat resistance.
Each bust is supported by a base containing a finely calibrated electromagnetic system that generates the levitation field.

3 Can the base include lighting?

Yes. Many of our bases include an integrated LED illumination option, which emits a soft halo that enhances the sculpture’s shimmer — ideal for dimly lit restaurants, lounges, or interior display environments.

6 How long will it take to receive my order?

Each piece is carefully assembled and tested. Standard processing takes 3–7 business days before shipping.
U.S. shipping typically adds 3–5 business days, depending on your chosen rate.

7 Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide to select regions. International delivery times and customs fees vary by destination. Applicable taxes, duties, or VAT may apply and are paid by the recipient.

8 How do I clean or maintain my Levitrophy?

Use a soft microfiber cloth to gently remove dust. Avoid liquids, sprays, or direct contact with the electromagnetic surface.
If your piece includes lighting, disconnect the power supply before cleaning.

9 What if my Levitrophy stops levitating?

If your sculpture won’t balance or levitate, verify that:

  • The base is on a flat, stable, non-metallic surface.

  • The power adapter is securely connected.

  • No external magnets or metallic objects are nearby.

10 How secure is my payment and personal information?
